Long surgeries can have most likely complications, that is why I do not perform a lot of procedures at a time.
For your own safety, I only can do:
* No more than 1 BIG procedure and 1 SMALL procedure at a time
* No more than 2 MEDIUM procedures and 1 SMALL procedure at a time
* No more than 1 MEDIUM procedure and 3 SMALL procedures at a time
