Once you submit your completed form, you will receive an email with your RingCentral meeting link, where your consultation will take place. Please check your inbox and spam folder carefully.

During your video consultation, you will be asked to show your body or the specific area(s) you would like to treat, so that the doctor can properly assess your case and design the best plan for you. Please note that the consultation will be recorded for medical reference and follow-up purposes.

 

Before Your Consultation

 

To make the most of your session, please:

• Find a quiet, well-lit space with a stable internet connection.

• Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to easily show the area(s) to be evaluated.

• Have recent lab results or medical records ready, if available.

• Prepare a list of your questions, concerns, and expectations.

• Your consultation fee is non-refundable.

• You must be ready to connect at your scheduled time.

• There is a 10-minute grace period. If you do not join within 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the consultation will be considered a no-show and the payment will be forfeited.

• You may reschedule your consultation only once, and the request must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you request to reschedule within 24 hours or less of your appointment, or fail to attend, your payment will be lost and a new booking will be required.

• If you do not connect at all during the scheduled time, the consultation will not be rescheduled and no refunds will apply.

 

Please make sure to be on time and prepared, as this ensures the best possible experience and an accurate evaluation.
