1.⁠ ⁠Program Overview
The Referral Rewards Program (the "Program") allows existing clients ("Referrers") to earn credit for referring new patients ("Referred Patients") to our clinic. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠Earning Credit
2.1. For every new patient you refer who completes a paid surgery or procedure, you will earn a credit equivalent to two and a half percent (2.5%) of the total amount paid by the Referred Patient for their surgery/procedure.
2.2. The credit is calculated on the final price paid by the Referred Patient, excluding any taxes, external facility fees, or other third-party costs not collected by the clinic.

3.⁠ ⁠Credit Activation & Availability
3.1. The referral credit is not instantaneous. It will be activated and added to the Referrer's account only after the Referred Patient has fully completed their scheduled surgery or procedure.
3.2. The credit will not be granted if the Referred Patient cancels, fails to show up, or does not complete their procedure for any reason.

4.⁠ ⁠Credit Redemption
4.1. The awarded credit can be applied as a discount towards the cost of any future service or treatment offered directly by the clinic.
4.2. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash, a refund, or be used to purchase gift certificates.
4.3. The credit may not be combined with any other ongoing promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly authorized by the clinic management.

5.⁠ ⁠Credit Expiration
5.1. The referral credit is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date it is officially activated in the Referrer's account.
5.2. Any unused credit will expire automatically and without notice after the 12-month validity period.

6.⁠ ⁠Referral Eligibility
6.1. The Referred Patient must be a new client of the clinic and must not have had any prior consultations or bookings.
6.2. The Referrer must inform the new patient to mention the Referrer's name at the time of their initial consultation or booking for the referral to be valid.
6.3. Referrals are not valid for existing clients or family members already in the clinic's database. The clinic's decision on the validity of a referral is final.

7.⁠ ⁠General Terms
7.1. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
7.2. We reserve the right to investigate and void any credits earned through fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity.
7.3. This Program is void where prohibited by law.
