Dr. Amaya has not a price list for procedures. She believes that each patient is unique, so she provides personalized quotes based on individual needs. It’s important for her to assess whether you are a candidate for the procedure you’re interested in, or if a different approach might better to suit your goals.
You can receive a quote in two ways:
1. Free Estimated Quote
You can receive an estimated quote and Dr. Amaya’s recommendations in writing.
This option is FREE, it has NO COST.
For this option, please send your information and photos in the attached form, and Dr. Amaya will respond within approximately 3-5 business days.
Photos needed (mandatory):
• Body procedures: Photos of the area you want treated, without clothing (you may wear underwear; if breasts are the focus, no bra). Please send frontal, left side, right side, and back views.
• Facial procedures: Frontal, left side, right side, and neck (looking up) views.
2. Consultation
In Person or Online
Or, If you would like a personalized evaluation, you may schedule a consultation with Dra. Amaya, either IN PERSON (for patients who are nearby) or ONLINE (for patients traveling from other cities or countries).
During your consultation, Dr. Amaya will:
• Evaluate your goals and concerns
• Explain the recommended treatment or surgical options
• Review important details about the procedure and recovery
• Provide a personalized treatment plan and quote
Consultation Fee
Due to the high demand for consultations and to ensure availability for patients who are truly ready to move forward, a consultation fee is required in advance to reserve your appointment.
• The consultation fee is $110 USD, payable in advance and non-refundable.
• If you decide to reserve or schedule your surgery or treatment within one week after your consultation, $100 USD of the consultation fee will be credited toward your surgical or procedure deposit.
• You will have up to 6 months to schedule your surgery or treatment.
Appointment Policy
• If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments will result in loss of the consultation fee.
• If you have received a promotional code for a complimentary consultation, you must still complete the booking form in full and enter your code in the designated field when scheduling your appointment.

Booking Policy
Terms & Conditions
1. Payment & Refund Policy All consultation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. Payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your consultation appointment. Consultation fees cover professional evaluation, time, and medical expertise, regardless of whether the patient ultimately proceeds with treatment or surgery. 2. Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your consultation once without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the consultation fee, and a new consultation fee will be required to schedule another appointment. Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified medical emergencies that prevent attendance. Supporting documentation (such as a medical note or insurance documentation) may be required. 3. Late Arrival Policy A 15-minute grace period is allowed for both in-person and virtual consultations. If you arrive or connect more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the consultation fee will be forfeited. 4. No-Show Policy Failure to attend the consultation in person or online at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show. No-shows result in loss of the consultation fee, and a new payment will be required to schedule another appointment. 5. Virtual Consultation (Telemedicine) Policy Virtual consultations are conducted through a secure telemedicine platform. By scheduling a virtual consultation, you acknowledge and consent to receiving medical consultation services through telemedicine technology. While virtual consultations allow for preliminary medical evaluation, they do not replace a full in-person physical examination when required. Certain procedures or treatments may require an in-person consultation before surgery or treatment can be scheduled. 6. Surgical Eligibility Disclaimer A consultation provides a professional medical assessment and discussion of potential treatment options. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a patient will be considered a candidate for surgery or any specific procedure. Final eligibility for surgery or treatment is determined only after full medical evaluation and review of medical history. 7. Technical Responsibility (Virtual Consultations) For virtual consultations, it is the patient's responsibility to ensure: A stable internet connection Access to the required video platform Proper device functionality (camera and audio) Technical issues on the patient's side that prevent connection to the consultation do not qualify for refunds or rescheduling outside the standard policy. Agreement By booking and paying for a consultation, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Consultation Terms & Conditions.
Payment Agreement
1. Payment Method The Patient/Client agrees to make payments through one of the following methods: Zelle, PayPal, Check, Credit or Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Online Links or QR, Cash, or Direct Deposit, subject to the terms, conditions, and applicable fees of each platform or financial institution. 2. Acknowledgment of Finality The Patient/Client understands and agrees that: • All payments made through any of the accepted methods are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances once the transaction has been completed. • The Patient/Client acknowledges having had the opportunity to review, read, and understand all service and payment terms prior to making any payment, and agrees to them in full. • All payments apply to consultations, deposits, treatments, surgeries, products, postoperative services, or any other service provided. 3. No Dispute & Charge Authorization Clause The Patient/Client agrees that: • By making any payment, they are authorizing the charge voluntarily for services, procedures, products, or any other offering. • Payments correspond to professional, customized, and/or reserved services, including time, medical expertise, staff, facilities, and resources. • The Patient/Client agrees not to initiate disputes, claims, refunds, or chargebacks with any bank, financial institution, or payment platform once payment has been processed. • The Patient/Client acknowledges that all policies, including non-refundability, were clearly disclosed prior to payment. 4. Evidence of Acceptance The Patient/Client acknowledges that acceptance of this agreement may be verified through: • Payment confirmation • Electronic records (IP address, date, and time) • Digital acceptance (checkbox or online confirmation) • Email, messaging, or form submissions • Scheduling, attendance, or attempted use of services 5. Non-Refundable Nature of Services & Products The Patient/Client understands that: • All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by the Provider. • Services are personalized and time-based, and their reservation involves allocation of medical staff, facilities, and resources. • Deposits and scheduled services are considered partially executed upon booking. • Products are non-refundable once delivered or provided, unless otherwise specified in writing. 6. Dispute Clause The Patient/Client agrees that: • Any attempt to initiate a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal constitutes a breach of this agreement. • This agreement may be used as evidence that: The payment was authorized The terms were accepted prior to payment The non-refundable nature of the payment was disclosed 7. Fraudulent Activity The Patient/Client understands that: • Initiating a dispute or chargeback after agreeing to these terms may be considered fraudulent activity. • The Provider reserves the right to take legal action to recover any losses resulting from such actions. • The Patient/Client will be responsible for all associated costs, including: Attorney’s fees Administrative costs Collection expenses Any additional applicable penalties 8. Collection Costs In the event of a payment dispute, reversal, or breach of this agreement, the Patient/Client agrees to cover all collection and legal expenses incurred in recovering the funds. 9. Jurisdiction This agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Mexico. The Patient/Client agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply based on present or future residence. This agreement shall remain valid and enforceable internationally, regardless of the Patient/Client’s country of residence or payment method used. 10. Legal Nature of Agreement This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the parties. It shall have full legal validity whether accepted through: • Payment • Electronic acceptance • Digital confirmation • Written or electronic signature 11. Signatures / Acceptance By signing below or completing any payment, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this Payment Agreement. Final Confirmation By completing this payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this Payment Agreement. No refunds or chargebacks will be permitted under any circumstances.
